Okay so I have a question. My friend is with this girl. This girl isn't bad or anything. Clean, caring, loving and seems to be a wonderful person. She shows him love and affection. It seems to be a fairly decent relationship. The down fall is one of the two of them is having a hard time getting over their ex. One shows more affection for Their ex than the one they are with now. It's went on the whole time they've been seeing each other. The other shows all their love care and time 24/7 to The one that is having ex probs and really loves that person slot and cares for them more than I've seen them towards anyone our whole lives. It's mentally breaking him down seeing this and going through it. It's really causing issues with them as well.
I need help with advice or suggestions that I can set down and give them both that might help please

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I’m not a jealous person who feels threatened by exes so it would have to be very obvious to me that my partner has unhealthy boundaries with their ex and in that case I’d leave the relationship.
Perhaps he could suggest some therapy to resolve the commitment that this girl has with her ex
I have seen ex's become good friends.... Is it possible that this is going on now?
If you think that it's more then friendship then I would address it face on and I would have boundaries as well.... It's important I think that she understands she's hurting her current boyfriend by doing this and this ought to be important to her.... If it's not then I would say that's a big problem......big hug.....xo
The question is whether or not all this heartbreak was really necessary in the first place. If the loss was due to the death of a partner, that is totally different than if it was over infidelity or other factors that are much easier to find solutions for.
