I hate taking narcotics. Now I'm only on the Meth.10mg. twice TIDn Endo told me it would take from two to four weeks for the pain in my arms and shoulders to go away. So what is good to take for the pain and discomfort. She told me to call my medical md for something for the pain. Don't want to if I can advoid it but I'm miserable.
As you know, what your feeling is hypo. The problem is they have not lowered your dose enough.
I completely disagree that waiting a few more weeks will help. With 20 mg of MMI, you will only be more hypo.
You should expect to feel better much, much sooner after a dose change. Within the first day or two.
I think your doctor might be confused, and thinking we can be treated like Hashimoto's patients. We can not.
Most doctors seeing those results and your 20 mg would definitely lower it. Maybe you have a GP or somebody that could help you.
Hypo hurts !
There is no reason for you to continue being so horribly hypo. Adding drugs to cover up the problem is not healthy.
I wish you were right next door. I would be right beside you in that doctors office. But as it is I'm feeling helpless.
