Have had a strange few days. I'm really tired but not sleeping well. I guess you can tell it is 3am here. I'm feeling off sorta like I'm on the outside looking in. I went to Walmart last night with the intention of getting a few things and when I got there I could not remember what I wanted to get. I walked around the store with the hopes that it would come to be but of course I didn't, remember till a few hours after I was home. Had new blood work done today maybe I will know by Wed. Or Thur. Just curious if anybody else ever feels this wah or am I out of mind and don't want to admit it.

I feel that way alot. I always attributed it to my levels being off but now I'm just not sure anymore. Sorry I couldn't be of assistance.

If your thyroid levels are still below range, reduction with your ATD will be needed. Do not let your doctor continue to put you in the danger of Myexdema Coma with the Free T4 under the range.

This type of thing definitely was a hypo symptom for me. It will be interesting to see what your labs say. Just ride it out and wait and see. Just dont make any major decisions right now...lol...Big Hugs...kathy

Hi Snippy, Like Krisann79 I feel like that too, I forget "things" all the time...I drive back to my house at least 3 times a week because I forgot something. Sometimes, I'll stand in the store just waiting to remember why I was there...I hide it from everyone pretty well...if I tell my husband he gets mad. Last week he found my keys in the refrigerator cheese drawer. Hope you're feeling better :)

I have been forgetful also overdosed on ATDs. It got so bad one time that I didn't even want to go to Walmart or anywhere else.

We have to kind of watch out for ourselves and tell your doctor every unusual symptom you are having.

I have to make a list when I leave the house cause I will get there and go why am I here...lol I should have new lab results in this week. Plus my weight just keeps going up.

Yes you have the symptoms of hypothyroidism. My doctor wasn't too good at reading test so I reduced the medicine myself.

On my next appointment I told him I reduced it and he said "I am glad you did that"...He was trying to tell me that he really didn't know how to read the bloodtests.

I think your ATD dosage is still way too high. Your next labs will probably still tell you this.

I was in hypO-hell for nine months the first time around. My Free Ts took forever to come down. My doctor(s) could not seem to reduce my ATD fast enough. I was miserable with many of the symptoms you are describing.

Snippy, according to your symptoms and last labs you are way into hypothyroidism. You were over dosed by your doctor for sure. I'm so sorry this is happening to you. After you get your latest labs, you probably need to have a talk with him about keeping you so hypo.

I've felt like that alot lately-- this is usually the first sign for me that my levels are a little too low. Feels like you're walking through a dream and even simple tasks are suddenly complex.

The great news is that it does seem to get alot better once levels balance out :) I've been gradually lightening up on my dosage for the past two months and each time I do, it's like woohoo!! I can think again!! lol!

Well they dropped my Meth. From 20Mg. Yesterday to5mg. A day now when they do that it whacks me out for a week or to but glad to be on lower dose.

Wonderful Snippy. You must have a doc that is looking out for you closely. Don't know how long it will take for you to start feeling better. Might be a few days or a week or two.

If I could only understand her, talking to her is like trying to pull I teeth. Half the time she doesn't understand you but she may know her stuff. Will go for new labs Nov.13 and see her on the 15th.
