Yes for sure it can be thyroid related. Do you have a copy of your recent labs you could post?

I had labs done in July, but I didn't receive a copy of them from the lab. I should probably have them done again. When I talked to my endocrinologist at my last appointment on August 15, she said that I was in the lower range. I feel low. My hair is all falling out, I'm tired, I can't concentrate worth beans. The usual. But now this headache thing has started as well. I'm scared.

If the endo new you were in the lower range then he should have reduced your medication. Your symptoms sound hypo.

Yes you need to get labs again so you won't go to hypo.

I keep reducing my medication and still feeling awful. I've had two RAI treatments, one in May 2010 and the other in May 2011. So far, no sign that the thyroid is as low as it should be until now. The only other time we thought it was working finally, my endo put me on replacement meds and the levels shot back up again. Back on the methimazole, which I am on right now.

Then they also have me on meklizeen which is motion sickness which it help with the vertigo a little. I take that three times a day and I am 24 lol on 7 pills a day and still feel like carp. Two rounds of RAI. I'd say you're definitely HYPO. I hope your doctor is not dosing your replacement meds by your TSH which will stay low for a long time.

It's super important to have your replacement meds dosed by your Free T3 and Free T4 thyroid level results, regardless of what your TSH is saying.

P.S. I'd be interesting to see what your labs were when your doctor gave you the second round of RAI. You are entitled to all of your blood test results...you just have to ask for them.
