Yes you need to get labs again so you won't go to hypo.
I don't know if you are on medication or had RAI.
It's super important to have your replacement meds dosed by your Free T3 and Free T4 thyroid level results, regardless of what your TSH is saying.

P.S. I'd be interesting to see what your labs were when your doctor gave you the second round of RAI. You are entitled to all of your blood test results...you just have to ask for them.
