I am sorry you are having difficulties with having had the RAI twice. Could you post the last several labs along with how much of the ATD (antithyroid drug) and beta blocker you are on each time?
It will help us know whether or not you are on track with things. It doesn't sound like you are there yet...?

Make sure to post the lab reference ranges as these can be different from where one lives, age of the patient, etc.
If I went by using my FT4 reference range with your FT4 result, it would show that it is below the low end of the range.
If I were to guess, I'd wonder if your RAI is finally working and perhaps you no longer need the ATD/beta blocker? If that's the case, ask your doctor about this.
