Well im not all the way out, I am only out to Friends,and some family, but most of my family doesnt know im gay. Ill tell them when im ready,but i know they wont accept it,becuz they already dont accept another family member who is also gay.

I'm partly out. I'm out to my closest friends and my mum. They were all really accepting and now they are supporting me in telling my more extended family and grandparents. It is your choice when you come out, or even if you come out. Personally I found I easier to just say it, then there is no way that they can get confused. As long as you're sure 100% I would recommend the just do it option.

However if you're not ready, just wait. Bear in mind that if they don't accept you that is their choice and their loss. Also ask your other gay family member if he/she can help you come out when you're ready. There is no pressure to come out. It is your sexuality- and it is your choice.
