Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. to be brought under control .
The burning has subsided just a bit, but it is still there. I have taken my PPI along with it and will be taking a probiotic as well. I was tested positive for H. Pylori and am trying this treatment to see if it will eradicate the bacteria.
Does anyone else have any experience with mastic gum? Any help would be much appreciated. Especially if you have taken it with h. pylori and if it has proven to be successful for you in eradicating it. TIA!
