Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Today I had or am having
2 soft boiled eggs with brown toast
2 spoons of Manuka honey
A bannana
Half a big pot of Greek yoghurt honey flavour
A bowl of new potatoes with a little olive butter
Unsmoked river cobbler fish 400g in weight
Maybe porridge with soya milk later depends how I feel
What do you think to that then Steve and Anita .........
Kellogg's nutrigrain bar, and orange juice
Lentil and bacon soup from and sausage roll from Greggs
Chicken and stuffing sandwich from boots, and a bag of walkers crisps
2 chicken kievs with chips and peas
Water and Ribena and also a can of Pepsi or lucozade
Maybe an ice lolly or ice cream at night
No wonder I wasn't getting any better
