hello, i need to know what vitamin to take i asked my doctor (pcp)and she just said to order some online? A friend recommended the childrens flinstone vitamin but i dont think that will be enough. Any help would be great thank you,.

I take childrens Flintstones. My surgeon told to take two of them twice a day. There are others out there. You can order vitamins online that are made specifically for weight loss surgery patients, but so far the Flintstones are working for me.

I am doing the same as onmway. 2 flinstones twice a day, didn't want to spend the bucks for the specialized stuff

I use Bariatric Fusion, I take 4 a day, 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner. My lab work has come back normal, and I don't need any other supplements. If you take the Flinstone vitamins, you amy need to add a calcium and Iron supplement. In the long run I think it's cheaper to order the Bariatric Fusion.

I was also taking 2 flintstond chewable 2x a day but my surgeon said to take 1 2x a day cause my labs were a little high. Flintstones are cheap and have basically the same as the more expensive brand.
