Great - I'm going to look at it now. Funny, I just happened to check about an hour ago and there wasn't anything since your day after surgery in the hospital. Thanks for sharing and thanks for all your inspiration. You are amazing!

wow....you had some scary shit go down....im so glad that you are ok and now and on the mend....also happy you are posting again.....keep healing and try to stay hydrated and get that protein in...all the best to you

Wow, so sorry you had problems after surgery and how very lucky you were that you did decide to stay that last night.
To lose almost 200 lbs in 9 months is such a major accomplishment, good for you.
Keep up the video, I've enjoyed watching them and am anxious to watch the Incredible Shrinking Man that is Mike.
