So, I've been eating tuna, eggs, cheese, turkey, ham, and fat free refried beans, and tonight...I'm gonna try a turkey burger!!
I want cheese on it, so I'm sure that my burger won't be that big, probably the size of a meatball!! LOL!!
But, just want some meat..ya know??? I buy Jennie O burgers..pre=packaged...
All the food so far I'm eating has agreed with me, no issues at all, I'm thinking I am lucky, and I do feel blessed, things are going well, and I'm able to have a lot of choices.

So, instead of 2 oz, I only ate 1 ounce, and then had a serving of cottage cheese w/mandarin oranges in it, just a few.
I checked the package of burgers, it has WAY too much fat I think, but for 1/2 burger it was 14 grams of protein. I chewed it many, many times, and so far, my pouch is agreeing with it!! Thank god!
