I am so happy to hear that the majority of you are doing so well. I Give all of you praise for attempting your goals and achieving them. Continue this life changing journey that you are on. My year is up in a couple of weeks. What an amazing time for me. I have had a lot of personal drama and heartache this year. I have not really had a lot of time to enjoy the new me. But I read most of the messages here at DS. I know how hard that all of you are working. It is not as easy for some, but the struggle to go on shows just how visualizing something and wanting it really wins out. I love and care for you all. If you ever need some words of encouragement, write to me. I will answer as soon as I can. My mom is now on Hospice (End Stage Renal Failure) and Nancy my spouse is at the end of life as well. She will be changing for Palliative Care to Hospice in the next couple of weeks I fear. So my time is all spread out.

I want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for the out pouring of love that I have received. You guys are the very best. I love you all. When you stand as one your alone, when you stand with many you have the strength of all the earth. Let us continue to support each other through think and thin..... I am down a couple more pounds, 130 total now. I am really done, I hope.
