Well its been a long road.
I completed my 2 week Robard diet yesterday and today its only clear liquids and that gross magnesium citrate. Nothing after midnight tonight and be at the hospital tomorrow at 10 am surgery at 12:30... I know it will go well and I will be back home in a day or 2 :o)
