May I ask how tall you are? In my early 30's I lost 100 lbs, got down to a nice fitting 12, for awhile could have squeezed into a 10, and I weighed between 203 and 210. But I am like 5' 10" so carry it well. Totally shocked people when they found out what I weighed...
Funny too... cause after I lost the #'s so many people said they did not know I was so tall! Well, when you are wide, the height gets lost in there somewhere! LOL!
I sure look forward to those size 12s again!!
I am at 193 pounds, but I am only 5'6".... I too have been told I carry my weight very well... When I tell friends how much I weigh they are amazed... I had someone tell me I looked like I weighed 150 pounds.. I just laughed and said that is my goal weight...
It amazes me how different all of our bodies are, and how we can all be at the same size, but vary in weight by sometimes 20 pounds or me.... Just a reminder to me, not to compare my size with anyone else's...
Thank you for sharing..... And I am very happy for your success... Keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

xl and i am 5'5 so the range is different for everyone.
Congrats on your success :)
I am only 5 ft tall and started this journey weighing over 300 lbs....and wore size 30/32 jeans and 4-5x tops. Yeah, I'd outgrown the tops at Avenue and Lane Bryant.
I have discovered clothing sizes are strange. Back in HS I weighed 125 and wore size 7/8 jeans. My weight range now is 125-130 lbs and wear size 2 pants. i even have a pair of 0 shorts!! (mind blown!!)
Enjoy your journey to the healthiest you!!

Now I am down to 239 and can squeeze into a 14. Like some of you said, I can carry it off, which is why people thought I was mental for having surgery in the first place (they have no idea what my start weight was, and when I tell them, they don't believe it).
My goal is to get to 170 I can't imagine what size THAT will be! Guess we'll have to "weight" and see!
Have a good one y'all!
Keep up the GREAT work!

It is amazing how we all carry our weight differently. I started out at 259 lbs. wearing a size 22/24. 10 months later I weigh between 177/179 size 12 and heading to size 10. I am 5'7.
My tops are size Large and some XL.
