if its the crunch you are craving...like i did...you might try some of those chinese noodles on your salad...remember though...plain old head lettuce has VERY LITTLE nutritional value...look it up lol..you might try BABY spinich...trim the stems off...and plenty of salad dressing...now this next statement is only my opinion...and i had RNY...but we dont tend to absorb fat like banders do...so its ok to try the lower fat as oppsed to the fat fee stuff..including cheese and yogurts etc..to be honest i seldom eat anthing fat fee...its yukky...watch the sugars though on fat free or low fat stuff..they tend to pile in the sugar to make it more tolerable..again..only my opinion on this...check with your doc ot nut to make sure its right for you.
