I am supposed to take vitamin b12 and either b50 or b100 my local store was all out of both but thety did have b complex, i cant find on the bottled how many mg. are in it. Does anyone know if b comlex will work til i can get b100

Not sure! I take b12 sublingal.... 1500 mcg is the does on the bottle, but I take half a does weekly per my surgeon. At least that works for me...

I do the b12 injection each month but the dr. sudjests also taking eith b100 or b50. im going to call and ask. Thanks for answeres!

B complex doesn't absorb in the body right, need to take it sublingal or by injection. I've been on B12 therapy for 20 years and was informed that way back in the beginning. Now I just opt for the injections cause it's once a month and one less pill I have to remember taking

I get my B12 by rx ...ins pays that way.

Is this in addition to your shots or will this be a transition?

either way you should check with your doctor B complex doesn't that have more then B12 in it? I would ask the dr I tend to ask my dr before introducing any meds or vitamins though because I have enough issues I don't need to cause more for my body. lol
