Make the nectar a bit in advance, the foam goes away. I like mine COLD, so I make it with like 4 ice cubes and 6 oz of water. I shake it in my blender bottle and put in fridge. The foam will disappear after a while :)

it has 30gms of protien in serving :) you can order on line or sams clubs carry it and not sure where else..

There is no after taste no chalky taste etc that is why i like this one. Also low on sodium since i have high BP

I drink Unjury unflavored one scoop with 1 package of Carnation Instant Breakfast No sugar added, chocolate. I have used it since before my surgery and I have tried alot of different brands and I always go back to Unjury.......
