Hi everyone. I need prayer for 2 very important things. One is that I found out today that I have to have a surgical biopsy of a growth in my left breast. So I need that to be benign and second...I am eating due to stress and now added stress and gaining weight. I need advice on what to do to relax and not reach for food. Soon I won't be able to when I have my surgery. HELP!

absolutely agree with Carasmom, each day is a new day and each hour is a new hour. If there is a slip up, examine it, learn from it and put it behind you. There is no failure, there is only opportunities to learn and changing our behaviors.

I know it's tough not to eat when emotional. There are great books out there like JJ mentioned. Try to be strong. You have worked so hard and come so far to get your surgery date and insurance approval!
