For some reason I am feeling really blah today and I dont know why. It is Friday, I look great, it is a sunny and beautiful day out. But I just feel so fat and unattractive today. I definitely am not feeling or seeing the weight loss in my mind right now. Do any of you ever feel this way sometimes?

Im not to my goal yet but ive lost some everyone says i look better but i dont see some days i can kinda see it other days i just feel so big and i get a lil down, maybe go outside and do something fun try to cheer up. Hope u feel better

Thanks for opening up this subject......cause I can be a major b***h, and it all seems to be hormonal. The last two "cycles" I've had I've been so emotional and sad. I've heard that we carry hormones in our body fat so when we lose that fat the hormones don't know what's going on. I think understanding this gives me the excuse I need for being emotional.

Maybe you're just feeling lonely? Often that emotion hits on Fridays, especially when we don't have social plans for the weekend.

If that is your situation, call a friend now and make plans to meet up this weekend, even if all you do is run errands together! :)

These days seem normal to me now.... I hope they end soon... People tell me I look amazing, and I don't see it... But then again I didn't see how BIG I had become either... Hang in there... I hope you are feeling better today... It's Saturday... Do something to spoil YOU... You deserve it...

We all get moods I guess. Some days I just don't want to talk to anyone. It all passes and the sun comes up again. Maybe help to read something inspirational or surf some cool wedsites? Hope you feel better soon.
