I've been measuring my food and have stopped caffiene, carbonated drinks and most of my carbs. I've done really well for about 6 weeks or so. Suddenly, I find myself hungry all the time. I'm still pre-op of course and I'm supposed to be gearing up. What to do?

Drink a big glass of water and find something to take your mind off food. If you have eaten and your still hungry your hunger pangs are most likely in your head :)head hunger is a big issue with all of us. You could also try a little protein if you really need to eat. Good luck!!

Tough when you are preop but good for you for sticking to the program!!! Be sure you are eating protein throughout the day. Really spread it out. and then there is that head hunger. Hang in there!

The pre op is the hardest part. Keep your goal in mind and it might make it easier.
I drank a lot of chrystal lite and water.
