I try to keep my carbs at around 50.
Yes, I am still losing overall... BUT I've had a struggle lately with foods and head games and am stuck right now. I don't think its a stall, I think its a carb monster! But I am getting it under control...
I've never really counted calories. I'm guessing it's usually around 1,000, give or take 200. I focus on protein (at least 70 grams a day), water, and my vitamins. I don't eat sugar, rice, pasta, gluten, or much fruit.

I'm eating 2 ounces of protein per meal. I eat 3 times a day, 2 ounces per meal.
I'm on one protein shake with skim milk, per day.
I also am trying to hit over the 64 ounces of water per day, and getting better at obtaining that.
I walk around my house, and also use the exercises, that my physical therapy rep gave me, and I'm starting water therapy in about 2 weeks, for more exercise, as I'm disabled, and hard for me right now, to just walk.
I've lost 40 pounds since Dec 2nd, and been pretty consistant in my weight loss, and I can eat all the soft foods I have a choice of eating, from the list my Dr gave me.
