Change is a difficult thing. Sometimes, when we decide to change ourselves, our beliefs, and our lives, it feels as though a part of us is dying. So it must be, as we leave the past behind us and set out on a new course and embrace the Now.

Change is painful and hard. In the pupa/caccoon stage the butterfly has to dissolve.
We change when we dissolve our bad beliefs/lies about ourselves and create new lives.
Got my butterfly tattoo in January 2009 to celebrate my new wings.
