Everything was good. She was impressed with the way I have been eating, taking my vitamins, getting in all my protein & liquids, and exercising. She thinks I can be down to 220 lbs by my reunion in late July. I am at 330 now. Started my journey(diet before surgery included, was 368 when I got home from surgery) at 403. So since surgery I've lost 38 lbs since surgery. I am walking 1.5 to 2.5 miles a day, and will be getting a membership at the fitness center. Life is grand!

That is so awesome. Congrats! I had my surgery on Monday and still feel kinda blah. Keep up the great work. Gives me inspiration.

Congrats Justin! We're on similar paths; I'm 4 weeks out with similar results. For me, the diabetes control is amazing. Totally off meds and my readings are what a non-diabetic person would expect. The weight loss is great but I'm going to have to wear suspenders for a while... I bet you will as well. Such a problem - losing weight and needing new clothes!
