Stopped to get the wife a blizzard, So what harm could a nice little icecream do? Oh Yeah! It can do plenty! Don't feel so good. I don't recommend trying it!

Yeah. I did that.

DAMN was I ever sick as a dog!!!

Puking. Then dry heaves. Viscious nausea and pain.

I wanted to die it was so awful.

Luckily it's the kind of thing you only try once.

Water. And Dramamine once you stop puking. And lay down in a cool dark room.

And don't do it again! ;)

I've done that, hubby asked for ice cream. It was melting on the way home so I was licking the drips...it totally sucks doesn't it....Well feel better Sgt. Smith

Ohhhh yeah....not fun!
I had to much banana a few days ago, and that was too much sugar for me, so ice cream i can't even imagine.

this must be dumbbutt day i tried some ravoli with tomatoe sauce 5 weeks out and 2 days after doing exceptionally good with the puree stage (finally) i'm puking my guts out again so i guess we all get tempted. I thought because of the cheese factor i could handle it but the pasta and sauce said otherwise. I feel like crap.

I had my one week check up today and one of the women I was talking too during our classes was getting her one week stuff done too. She had just taken a drink of her hubbys sweet tea and while we were waiting for blood work she started feeling sick and threw up all over the lobby. I felt so bad for her. She looked absolutely green.

we have all had those moments! I tried a new protein bar yesterday...it was delicious and had very little bad things in it as well as low calorie (not taht I count)...

well, sugar alcohols are def NO NO for my Patty pouch! I had to hit the bowl several times and the last time I started dry heaving WHILE on the bowl because the cramps were so violent...and then...POOF...it was all over...NEVER EAT JAY ROBB PROTEIN BARS!!

I'm sorry I found a sugar free low carb ice cream it's made with Splenda and I can tolerate it if u really wanna try ice cream on a treat day :) now my family eats the Splenda Ice cream lol

AAAAHHHHH..been there done that. Surar is very bad thing. Of course I can't eat pasta at all. I tried having a small ceaser salad about 3 months out of my surgery. I only wanted a taste. It took 20min and a quick walk to the bathroom. Was then in and out of the bathroom the next day too. It usually takes 2-4 times before my stupid head gets it right.
I hope things moved quickly and you are feeling better. debby
