How long are you taking to eat a meal? Are you drinking with meals?
JJ
Can you keep us posted?
Good Luck
Dianne :)
Good luck!....
I can truly only eat about 4 oz of food at a sitting.
xxxx
Try 1 scrambled egg taking atleast 15 minutes to eat. No drinking 30 mins before and 30-45 mins after.
I had the RNY GBS and I don't think I'll be able to eat what you are eating for more than a year, if then.
1 egg scrambled with a slice of fat free cheese
1 protein shake mid morning
1/4 cup cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
1 protein shake late afternoon
1/4 cup tuna with lite mayo
and each time after my "meals & snacks" i feel satisfied, never full
Best of luck!!
go look up the defintion of insanity.
You ppl haven't changed a thing in your lives. You're all eating the
same shit food just less. LOL
you will never make it. No chance.
I will put wisdom on your pray list girls.
Just sayin Lu
you eat all that bad food because you don't eat real protein. Good God eat dead animal at least. Feed your body. But for christs sake don't eat bread junk whatever, in small amounts and think you're doing the program.
