Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. I've been active highly in the past. I'm working on getting back to it. But taking it slowly. I've reached a plateau now of 265, but I will blow thru it
You can to, just need to find the best pattern.
I joined a fitness center. They have all kinds of machines as well as free weights. If you have one of them near by and they are affordable that is good too. I didn't like the elliptical. To each his own but those things hurt my knees.
Working outside is good. Doing lawn work and cutting firewood are 2 I enjoy. I think I would like a bicycle. Don't have one but when I was a kid I liked riding them.
Good luck!
