I went to the gym. I didn't want to but I did it anyway! I did 30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes lifting weights.

The pool! 50 minutes of water exercise!

30 minutes Elliptical and 45 min Aquasize.

One hour high intensity interval training and 2 mile run. Followed by my ortho surgeon appointment... good news is the shoulder i tore in April looks much better and probably wont need surgery, bad news...the soreness in my hip when i run isn't just a sore muscle...it's partially torn away from the bone...so today's run will be my last for a month...but nothing that a little tlc wont fix...I thought losing weight helps prevent joint problems...Ive worked out for years at over 300 lbs, not so much as an ache...I lose 112lbs and I'm wrecking everything! Lol...I guess I'll skip the marathon plan...

4 miles in 57 minutes. Felt great!

Hit the treadmill today for .5 hour walk. Boy that incline really kicks my butt. Gives me slight cramps in my gluteus maximus as I work out. Feels like I should have buns of steel if I keep it up! Then did a warm down stretch for 15 minutes.
Not to mention a whole bunch of housework! On my feet all day!

Yay everyone!!!

Today (Thursday....) I did housework.... that was it... but the one thing I notice is how much more active I am now. Bout the only time I sat down today was to do some mending.

Tomorrow will be crazy busy! :)

Exercise bike for 140 minutes and some weight lifting.

I have been bad this week. No motivation or too much procrastination. I need to get on the ball and hit it hard. I would love to take another 20 or 30 off before the end of October. I scheduled to have a family portrait done. First one ever of all of us together. I am so close to onederland I can't hardly stand the suspense. :)

I walk

No gym on Wed or Thursday. My boyfriend usually comes over to visit Wed after work and on Thursday I have dog agility training class. I do get some exercise with the dog agility class, running the dog and walking the course. I do a morning workout routine at home that is strength training so I did do something and I always do my 40 situps every morning too! Mon, Tues are my usual gym days and I try to squeeze in some gym time on the weekend if I can too.

I was on the go driving around from early morning until late tonight, so the exercise I got was walking around from car to building and back several times.

5 mile run in the pool. The only kind of exercise I can do at this weight without lots of pain... Soon it will all change :). Way to go on all the exercise ladies!

I cleaned my house from top to bottom, and must have walked up and down the stairs at least 20 times... Getting ready for my hubby's 50Th bday party.... Was on my feet moving 80% of the day...
