Tonight Sweetie and I went to our local Wally World to procure a swimsuit for me for our camping trip to the Great Smoky Mountains over Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately, they only had a few two piece ones left so late in the season. ( A two piece was absolutely NOT going to happen!) Being female, I just could leave the store without something in my cart.
I also needed a pair of jeans for the possibility of a chilly night. The last ones I'd bought in the late spring and were a size 18 misses. Soooo, off we go to the dressing room, Sweetie, me and 2 pair of size 12 misses jeans (just for grins and giggles).
The grins and giggles very quickly gave way to tears as I easily buttoned and zipped 'em up. I very nearly had a full fledged melt down. I never truly believed that I would come this far.
I am taken back by the spontaneity of this emotional release. I have made it from my all time highest weight and lowest health to now without as much as a whimper of emotion. What an interesting evening.

Head over to Jc penneys at tbe Cary Towne mall. I just bought a bathing suit there for $5 and it is a super cute one!!! Although I am not there yet, I bouught size 12 jean shorts and a jean skirt for $3. Go now!! P.S. Love the new pic

Ah, Spotz! What a wonderful thing--to discover that you are really, truly melting! BTW, call Lands End--they have tons of swimsuits and can probably get one to you on time for your trip..... Good luck. :)

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
