I've been feeling bad all day ever since I woke up this morning and started drinking my liquids. I just called the doctor and she said the sugar in the juice they told me I could have triggered dumping. So now I just have to bear through it until it leaves my system. How long does it last? Owwww!

Could be few hour, could be a day there's really know way to know. It depends on your body. I was told no juices. I know some programs allow juice with water mixed but even that's risky. I hope you feel better soon. Dumping is horrible. Might want to stay clear of the juices stick with sugar free if you do have juice make sure to water down a lot. Feel better

I haven't personally experienced dumping I have been very avid about staying away from sugars. I am so surprised your doc allowed you to have juice, that stuff is so loaded down with sugars and unneeded calories. The only "juice" that I will drink is V8 vegetable juice and that isn't very often and I get the light version. I have heard it can take as little as an hour for the dumping symptoms to go away or as much as a couple of days. There are so many great alternatives to juice. I love the crystal light and mio drops you add to water. it has zero everything and makes water taste great my favorite is the crystal light peach bellini tastes like a dessert! Hang in there the feeling will pass, hope that it is sooner rather than later.

Could be why you've been feeling lousy! Stop the dilluted juices and gatoraid and see if ya feel better. I'm surviving on water, Popsicles, jello. I was told to do the half and half juices too, tried 2 sips and knew it wasn't gonna set good! Pured stage soon for ya right?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
