as log as you are following directions, it shouldn't matter. You've been on a semi liquid diet right? Maybe there is jus nothing there at this point.

My bowel prep medicine didnt make me go at. All i asked the surgeon right before we went into surgery and he said he hears that alot and that as long as ive had nothing to eat or drink i would be fine. All went well but once all my meds started wearing right before i got to go home the bowel prep started to work. I was miserable!!!! Dont stress on it to much your body will do what it needs to and if your concerned you can call the surgeons office and ask them. Plus you havent been eating much while on liquid diet so theres not as much to clean out!

You will probably just pass water, that's what I did. It didn't happen real quick either after I drank that disgusting stuff. You will be drinking more today right?

Just be thankful if there isn't much in there to be cleaned out your butt won't get as sore....weird thing to be thankful for, huh!

I "Went" a bunch earlier.... Then it stopped.

And yeah, one more bottle tomorrow am as well :) :)

No worries, Becca! There are lots of different protocols for bowel prep leading to differences in "pit stops" but they all come out the same in the end!! LOL

When I preped I was expecting results like when I had other proceedures. It didn't happen. Since the 2 weeks of nothing but liquid there wasn't much there to get rid of. I even called my doctor and asked about it!
They seemed to think it was ok.

Oh yeah So much fun. I told to start the prep around Noon on Sunday surgery was Monday morning. Nothing happened till I went to bed at 10pm and continued all night into the next morning when I was waiting to be taking back to surgery prep room. Not a fun experience at all.
