Been an amazing 3 months... ups and downs and new found freedoms!
I tackled the scale today for my 3rd post op weigh in (yeah, I only weigh 1 x per month... its been my saving grace on my sanity!)
From last month I am down another 12.5 lbs for a total of 77.5 since January and 51.5 since Surgery 7-24.
I started at 322 lbs when I weighed in at surgeons last January, as of today... 244.5 (I am happy to be tall!)
I gone from a tight size 22-24 womans jeans to a comfortable 16 misses. The other day I even got on a pair of 14's but I won't lie, they were too tight to wear comfortably! But by this time next month... maybe!
I still struggle... there is still much head work to do.... This is hard work and for sure not an easy way out... But I get in my protein (80 to 100 grams) and my vitamins EVERYDAY.... I exercise regularly and track my foods (for like over 4 years now!)....
I still stress over my ability to be successful.... I still stress over what the scale is going to say.... Some days I worry about my developing chicken neck and condor wings that will be in full swing by next summer! LOL! I worry I'll be bald.... but none of these worries override the new found freedom I am experiencing...
So, here I am.... loving life... and done weighing for another month! Rah! Rah!

I too, am afraid I am going to wake up bald one day, my hair is already thin and it falls out all the time but I would rather be bald and healthy!!!
I can always buy a hat :)
