I could barely get thru 30 minutes of exercises with him, and leaving the gym steping off the curb to get to my car was dicey ( just trying to get my legs not to give out). I was nauseated had to sit in my car for 5-10 min till it went away and attempt to lift my arms to hang on to the steering wheel was a killer. When I got home I went straight to bed for a 1-2 hr nap!.
all I can say is the first 2 weeks were like that, keep going and it will get better, try spacing every other day for the first month, this will allow your muscles to heal (sleeping helps them heal also) keep up on your protein also.
you will be amazed in a month how much better you feel and easier the exercises are for you to do.
keep you chin up
Don't know if this will be of any help to you, but thought I'd let you know you are'nt the only one :)
I have nothing on the mouth thing, but the muscle pain with exercise sounds normal for someone who has just started working out. Yes, exercise stimulates the bowels (remember how they wanted us to walk after surgery?). Eventually your body will adjust. Warning: when I have a hard workout, I'm usually the most sore the second day.
Hang in there and you will be a warrior-exercise woman!!
