two week vacation provided by the government to each person each year (they have this in spain). the government provides a eu-rail pass for two weeks to each person and a pass for a stay at any pension and the government pays for it, plus they have their pay for the two weeks from wherever they work!!

mandatory and FREE spay and neuter. each animal must be registered for ONE DOLLAR and then you receive a spay/neuter certificate from the utilities department FOR "FREE" with the vets in the area. the person is then BILLED by the utilities department for the spay/neuter on their utility bill. that way they can pay smaller amounts like with fpl, or at least have time to get it together.

if the pet is not registered each year, they are fined through the mail. just like if you don't register your car. maybe send both forms out together. if the animal is already spayed/neutered done through the state the state or the vet would have a copy as well, or the copy from the year before. also proof of rabies as well. i just thought of this program this morning. lol.

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
