Friends til the end Community Group
A group for those of us here who get more from our friendships than from the available discussion groups. A place to be accepted and appreciated for who we are. Somewhere to always feel safe and know that especially on the bad days we are here for each other .A place for encouragement and love.

Do you prefer a clean room or a messy room and would you prefer it to be small or large? in terms of comfort, peacefulness. Curtains open or closed? What room/s?
Me, slightly messy room and on the small side. Curtains closed. Bedroom and kitchen.

My comfortable spot is a wonderful chair during the day. I love my bed but there is just not a lot of sleeping going on. :)

I will say I am very comfortable in my living room...it is longer than it is across...the tv is close enough to see a 42in tv...I like it fully blocked from view from outside because I spend much time in here now with either no clothes or in underwear....as for the messy or clean...what is clean? LOL I do not dust but I would love to have a totally cleaned room...but it just does not last when it gets to that point and I spend too much to have someone cleaning it and dusting it....

most comfortable spot is curled up with my cat.

I like a clean room, not that it always is... at least a straightened up one anyway, and not too big or too small, enough room to get around the furniture and there's space so the furniture isn't all pushed up against each other but not so big that the room feels cavernous either. I keep my shades down and the curtains stay put.

My computer chair in my living room. It's not a big room and with 2 cats and a dog it looks like I have a toddler here.

Small, clean, dark, cold room with a warm, soft blanket.

My living room, which is quite large. I have to be in my recliner, even at night, due to medical issues. I like curtains open for sunshine during the day. It helps my depression. But definitely closed at night. All I need is a dog, which my hubby and I plan on rescuing a greyhound shortly.

Medium sized room, comfortable chair and shades and curtains closed either watching a good movie or reading a good book :-)

Sitting at the kitchen island. It faces my living room so it gives me the best of both worlds, whether watching TV, or cooking or just having a cup of coffee while on my lap top. I have really large windows that take up two walls so when I face the living room I can see the river, the sunrise, the moon rise, the skyline, etc. Definitely keep the shades up to get in all the light.

I prefer clean rooms. In the living room is a comfy recliner with the T.V. The shades are up with sunshine filling the medium sized room. In a small bedroom is my laptop, music and books. There is a comfy chair and the shades are drawn for privacy.

I'm a minimalist who loves lots of space. My most comfortable space is my bed :)

I know this is stupid, but after not being able to find a job after graduation for almost two years, I ended up just taking an online teaching job because I couldn't find anything in my field. I was trying to get out of teaching and I feel so devastated. I felt this crushing feeling when I signed the paperwork and when I was in the meetings. I know that sounds so dramatic but it is how I felt. It...

75FIt is really cooler today and this will trick us into believing it will become cooler. Our hot summer will keep on aftert this week. We will not be fooled. Sandra, one of our regrets is not being able to visit Great Britain and travel for two weeks when younger. As we age we just become slower and that really takes away from travel. Our retirement did the same thing with age 65 vs 67 also if...
