It is really cooler today and this will trick us into believing it will become cooler. Our hot summer will keep on aftert this week. We will not be fooled.
Sandra, one of our regrets is not being able to visit Great Britain and travel for two weeks when younger. As we age we just become slower and that really takes away from travel. Our retirement did the same thing with age 65 vs 67 also if someone takes early retirement at 62 they lose 30% of income.
Carly, between the doctors and insurance there are times the insurance direct the doctors to take more or the same tests or they won't pay for further medical care. What shocks us is the times surgeries are actually stopped due to the insurance company not wanting to pay for something, that happened us when our son was in surgery! Statins affect many people and there is a need to half or change meds. I can't take them or my sister. I was so happy and elated that I had the hysterectomy when so young, it ended 8-11 days every month was shear hell.
Leo, there is hope at some point you get the medical care you need. Enjoy your time alone!
The sun is peaking out so now I need to decide what to do.

I am having such a hard time with my computer. I don't know what happened but my font is so tiny that I can bearly read it. Nor can I get the page on the whole page. I am read from one half page. grrrr!
I don't know if it is DS or me. More than likely...me.
My me time turned into not so much. My Saturday was not having any TV until 3pm. The cable was turned off. Mike did not pay the bill. I could not believe it! In all of our life together he has never not remembered to pay anything. He felt so bad about it and a bit embarrassed. He was on the road to the ranch with my bother Joel. They pulled over and Mike paid the bill via phone.
I thought I was going to have another me day tomorrow but they are coming home. :-( Even with all the flooding the water levels were low. They did take some calves to market.
I cannot believe that something like that would actually happen! That they would stop a surgery over insurance issues.
There has got to be a special place in hell for that insurance company and the hospital.
