3:10am not one wink of sleep tonight

it sux this insomnia is far too often.


things are stressing me on money front and Im losing sleep.

I gave up....called it a sleepless night and got up made some coffee and am now sitting in living room watching the 4am news which is 4:45now....I do not plan to try going back to sleep but may lay down for little while after the AC guy has left fixing my AC hopefully.....

I mixed my bean coffee with some kaluha coffee that I was given a lb bag of ground Kaluha coffee for Christmas last year by the next door neighbor.....I can tolerate it but I am not fond of the flavor...and it adds flavor to just put a little of those grounds in with the stuff I grind freshly this morning....

Tonight is another insomnia night. Its 2:40am. My sister and I texted for 20mins or more just ended. Talking about the junk we have to get out of the yard. We moved all the toxic waste into area by garage doors. Yesterday we sorted some and put cans of solid paint into dumpster. But I just looked at unapproved item list and it said paint cans. We might have to pull them all out now. She will call in morning to see if solid cans of old paint are allowed. They don't allow hazardous waste. I asked if I could put this huge brush pile of fallen tree branches in it and thought I would check on web to see it its allowed. To my dismay it states paint cans not allowed. But we will check if solid inside latext paint ok tomorrow by phone.

See this is why I couldnt sleep yesterday thinking about things like my AC not working right for house. The whole house AC compressor is going out.
Thinking during attempts to sleep sabotages sleep from happening.
I didnt sleep much if some yesterday afternoon. None tonight so far. Sux!

    So mad at Xfinity!  They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today!  Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...
