so i am starting to journal what i learned in treament. i am going to be doing it every monday and i will be going thru the big book that i received in treatment so i can share with everyone. i think those that are suffering and want help and cant afford it will find it very helpful. if you can start a little notebook to journal and write things down you find important and i will be putting questions in there to write down to yourself. if you want to share, awesome, if not, at least youre reading, and if it helps you then i feel great about that.
i know im not a doctor but i did learn alot in treatment and feel that i can share and hopefully help some others who are looking for help.
today is week 1. i know its long but theres alot to learn and every week will be different. lets do this together, its great for me too. i need to review and remind myself what i have learned along the way.
good luck and hope it is helpful.

I was suffering from major loud whoosing noises and the topamax helped that but everyday I still hear those mainly between 6 - 12 pm. I am at my wits end and have not went...

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
