Food Addiction Support Group
An individual suffering from a food addiction disorder frequently experiences episodes of uncontrolled eating, or binging, during which they may feel frenzied or out of control. They will eat much more quickly than is normal, and continue to eat even past the point of being uncomfortably full. Binging in this way is generally followed by a period of intense guilt feelings...

I've been drinking like a fish for the past month or so. Getting tired of it, but as long as I drink to oblivion I don't crave junk food. It is awsome to have this bulemia of mine put into remmision, buit at what cost? When I go back to work I wont be able to drink much so is all the anxiety going to come back? I will be going back to camp and there are so many baked good there. mmmmm
I got depressed the last turn around and ended up hiding out in my room for a few days. Said I was sick but really I just wanted to gorge on the cookies and stuff. All u can eat.
this is me venting my fears and conscerns.
Just for today I will not worry!!!
Have a great all

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

I had success when emdr therapy was used on me. I had a few sleepless nights but then the trauma was gone forever. No more gorging.
Sometimes it's the chemicals in our brain that get out of balance. You would need a doctor to figure that out.
Different things work for different people. Talk to your primary care physician.
God Bless
Yeah for me it is the spiritual path that seems to be working. Been doing some grief work and it turns out that I didn't actually grieve the loss of my father 25 years ago. I stayed angry.
Sobbed for 20 minutes straight the other morning after my session with a reiki Master and life coach. My father and I connected. We never saw eye to eye before. I feel him supporting me now. Something like that anyways.
Also I have been using Coca Tea for about 4 Months now.
My apatite does seem better.
Have a great day Bob from Maine
Sincerely,
