Fitness Goals Support Group
This community is dedicated to group support around achieving fitness goals, whatever they may be, through personal training, athletic activites, or other strenuous activity. Whether you are trying to get fit to treat a health problem, boost your mood, relieve stress, or tone your body, this group is a great place to meet other like-minded people who have similar goals.

I have been really consistent about going to the gym and watching my calories. I use a tracking app on my phone. I think I look like I have lost some weight. I may get out the measuring tape this weekend.
I tried a new class at the gym last night called PiYo. I did really good. I liked it because it had lots of moving and bodyweight stuff to get heart rate up but then had slow yoga stuff and stretches in between. I think it will help with soreness.
Then I did 10 mins on the rower machine. My gym has the really nice ones with a water wheel inside. It's my favorite piece of equipment! It always helps my busted shoulder so much.
I also do trx and a shadowboxing class.

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

Personally I think running is bad for people. I can't stand it. There are ways to get cardio that don't hurt.
