took out a loan against whole life insurance with

Prudential....when I called they told me the loan would be over $200....I finally got the check today....just a tad over $25....I was pissed.....called them tonight to say WTH?


they are not sure why things happened to create this but she is trying to get the upper level support team to investigate and hopefully send me the amount I was told was available....but it will take 3-7 days to find out...I been waiting since end of January....It pissed me off now....

nice thought but it is secured loan and I am trying to get some money together to take to court with me when I need to be there because I am being sued.....it is 5% interest which is not bad....but the thought that they sent me only $25+ pissed me off...I would not have asked for loan for that amount...,they told me it would be over $200.....
