This community is for people who are struggling to meet financial obligations of any kind. Financial challenges include everything from the day-to-day challenges of making ends meet to managing credit card debt to bankruptcy. Get support from others who are going through similar obstacles on the road back to financial stability.
I will be so glad when summer is over and my daughter is back in school. I go through this financial crisis every summer trying to do things and keep her busy that I can barely make it month to month.
I am on disability so my income is very low. I also have a son who lives with his dad that I have to buy for. My kids usually get free lunch and breakfast when school starts and I don't have to spend as much money as time is spent at school and doing homework, tv or computer and bath time. I get to play catch up and can save but during the summer I have run up 2 credit cards so it will take me a few months to try to pay those off maybe longer.
I hate barely making it. This month has been so hard; now my washer is not working and I have around $100 to last 10 days and I need groceries. Any prayers would be welcomed and appreciated.

I know this is stupid, but after not being able to find a job after graduation for almost two years, I ended up just taking an online teaching job because I couldn't find anything in my field.
