In the art world, WIP=work in progress. I don't got much today, by Wednesday I'm always really run down (I work 4 longer days a week, and 29 hours ish is Monday through Wednesday). Today's also the day I work with Karen and the doctor who is impossible to keep on time, and now the day I need to leave the MA office by 1:20 to get to NH for the start of afternoon appointments. I know I can just leave regardless of whether things are caught up in MA but I hate doing that. Even though Karen has no problem doing the same to me or anyone else -_- We also have a little bit of snow on the ground and it's now raining on top of that.
So I don't have a whole interesting post prepared, but I figure I'll share this piece I'm working on. I taught myself how to burn wood, and apparently a lot of people use transfer paper to get the image onto the wood (you can print out a stencil of the outline, essentially, and apply a carbon outline onto the wood). I've always just sketched onto the wood with pencil and still do. Here's what I'm about to start burning-once the burning is done I just erase all the pencil lines and the end result is like the ornaments I posted the other day

I do art too, even when I’m in a lot of pain, just like Frida Kahlo. You know, researchers/scientists believe she had fibromyalgia. There’s even a Frida Kahlo fibromyalgia center. You could see the pain in her pictures & paintings. I have a replica of her journal it’s in Spanish but she talks about her pain & stuff & in even reading her journal I’d say yea she had fibro. One of my favorite of her paintings is ’The Broken Column’ I can identify a lot with it.
Anyways it’s snowing here & my pain is High, like warrior handling pain type high.
I’m sleep deprived so I hope making any sense

I am in a lot of pain, as my norm lately ugh. I put more about it in my journal, and yes i will be getting an epidural. But it feels horrible when you tell your Dr you feel like you have no quality of life anymore due to how severe the pain is (i can not even cook anything simple, i can not stand long enough, can not do things like put on shoes socks, etc) and the Dr tells you, you are right you do not have any quality of life right now. Its one thing for me to say or think it but its another to hear a Dr admit its true. But at least we have a game plan now to help. I just cant get it outta my head about the no quality of life.
Today is day one of having 5 extra dogs during the day, Matt least in 10 minutes to go to moms and pick them up she will help get them here. At least we are next door (well as next door as you get living on the same 80 acres LOL) Matt has to get labs and has an appt this morning, then i have 2 appts this afternoon. I just want to sleep i am so tired and worn out from pain. Mom is getting her new laminate flooring put in today and they are ripping up the carpet and linolium? i cant spell it
We had a bit of snow/rain yesterday. There is a light coating on the deck furniture but that's about it. I still have to put my roses to bed. I was going to do it when I got home but didn't feel like it. It has to get done in the next couple of days.
My family is off to NC for the Thanksgiving holiday. They leave sometime today. My mother is going with them which is good because Thanksgiving is a nonevent in my house due to my partner working.
