I live in western Colorado and I have been contemplating moving to a warmer state. The season changes and the cold winters are really hard on me. I love the snow but not only do I ache all over I get seasonal depression.
Does anyone know if living in a warmer state would help?

I don't regret it one bit. The ocean is AMAZING for my joints. I had red, hot, swollen joints before I came here. Now for about 6 months I can swim in the ocean water and my joints are less inflamed. They don't get red or hot anymore.
DON'T GET ME WRONG... I still have joint pain. It's just not the same and I'm not as still during the cold weather months. But the warm weather sure does help me. There's only about two months out of the year that it gets cold and it never goes below 50 during the daytime.
