The community is here for you to talk about therapies and share your challenges.
the following have helped the most.
coenzyme q-10 400 mg
a multi vitamin with minerals,
2000-4000 units vitamin D3,
sublingual liquid B complex (nature's bounty),
cod liver oil,
and I just added a new one that only has calcium, magnesium, and zinc to increase the amount I get some of these in the multi vitamin
and oxygen for sleep apnea I couldn't tolerate the cpap machine.
I also found that by setting smaller goals I get more things done. for some reason if I look at a goal like cleaning a room I don't have the energy but if I break it down into smaller goals like washing the sink I get that done then set another goal like washing the toilet I find the energy and sometimes the whole room actually gets cleaned and more things get done that I didn't think I had the energy to do. Sometimes we just have to push ourselves alittle
I use meditations and distractions alot.
And sometimes I have to push myself to get up and do things. I tell myself that I'm tired weak in pain and depressed and if I don't get up and do something I'm just going to feel worse, so I get up and clean up and it does make me feel better when I get something done.
Hope you find what works for you hugs.
I take the following

Vitamin D 2000mg
B-12 shot 1000mg, once a month
wellbutrin- 150mg ( depression)

In addition to fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue I have parkinsons, so I also take

No prescriptions. They make life worse for me.
I take a bunch of supplements, too. I know they help because I ran out of stuff last month.
