I have been having really sharp pains in my teeth, jaw and neck, the right side only. Has anyone else had this? It doesn't feel like the normal tooth ache, and it comes and goes. Thanks for your help. (((hugs)))

I'm not sure what the treatment is as thankfully I don't have this particular issue, but I know a number of people who do so I'm familiar with the pain, but we've never discussed treatment.
The other option I'm aware of would be TMJ, but the pain you're describing doesn't sound as much like that.
Hopefully somebody else will be more helpful.
Oral surgeons, cat scans etc etc.
I couldn't drink or eat anything hot or cold.
I really stuck to avoiding these until it settled down.
No one could find anything wrong, it finally let up for awhile but returning.
I try to stretch my neck muscles, massage the muscle that goes from my neck up behind my ear. Making sure I am not sleeping wrong on a pillow plus watching posture and making sure while at pc or whatever I am not leaning my head out,
