Hey, Kandy, I wonder: are you taking a med before bed that might be giving you an all over itch? Tramadol plus acetaminophen did that for me. I just take it WITH Zyrtec now.
i started mixing espom salt & baking soda w/a lavender bath oil =get in warm tub & wet my arms & lightly rub this on to my arms & on back w/ wash cloth it really take that errrhhr itch out! also got a very fine bores bruch to itch =spray w/witch hazel before itching heals any open cuts!
they put me in whirl pool @ hospital!w/iv for another 2hrs!
cheaper to make your own aveeno oatmeal grind in coffee grinder as you need it & mix w/honey & yogurt get in tub smear to all over & sak in warm tub! remember if you are allergic= hot water can make you itch more! better to be tepid or warm!
itch, itch, itch...........I ate a couple pieces of candy with dye in them and I believe that may have set me off...and the cold..and the hot shower..dry skin...oompah loompahs and cricket sounds..
I was just recently dx and had never associated this with FM.
So glad to have a place to vent!
