Gratitude is fascinating.
It is considered by many to be the best way to begin or end a day. This combats negative emotions, focuses on the present rather than "what next" or "what if", and so forth.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
Worked this morning. Ran an errand and now home temporarily. I want to take one of the cats for a pedicure. She's overdue. Hoping that she doesn't decide to pee on me which has been her tendency a couple of times.
We are getting some bad weather later. It's nice here today so far but you can tell that is about to change.
PuppyMom - I'm so sorry that you and the Mr. have COVID!! That's just miserable. It's still out there along with measles and whooping cough. I hope that you start to feel better soon. Hugs!
Also, I'm grateful to have a place to come and just talk about stuff - Fibromyalgia and whatever floats your boat. It's good to have unbiased sounding boards to commiserate with. Many of us are friends off of the board which is a nice perk. I'm always glad to see whoever takes the time to show up.
