We are getting the remnant of the tropical storm and wow am I feeling it. Back pain, knee pain, chest pain. Moving in slow mo today. I know the barometric pressure affects me quite dramatically sometimes, but my dh (dear husband) says perhaps the release of nitrogen in the air from the storms have a role in it as well. Any thoughts on this phenomena? I took a long soak in the tub with mint/eucalyptus bubble bath and downed some aspirin. That is the extent of my treatments for it, besides caffeine. Probably will do the icy hot tonight too. How are you all coping on the East Coast with the stormy weather aches?
