I love the spring but with the change of season comes intense pain for me. Everything hurts...every inch of my body and I am so tired. Are you affected by the weather and if so does it seem to get a little worse every year? I am trying to figure out if this is a fybro thing or something else...thanks! xo

I just started a diet for "leaky gut syndrome" thinking that if I can get my digestive system in shape that will help my immune system and so on and so on...I am not sure traditional medicine has any real help for us. Meds for pain often just cause more problems for me. I am trying to live a "cleaner" lifestyle to see if that will help. When I am in pain I crave comfort food but I think the white flour, preservatives and sugar is making things so much worse. Any thoughts on diet??
The Mediterrean diet seems to be the preferred one for people with Fibromyalgia. But, like anything else with this infernal disease, you have to listen to your body and do a trial and error to see what works best for you. Take care.
