I have developed polymorphous light syndrome which means when exposed to sunlight, I get an itchy, rash when I haven't been in the sun for awhile. Like all winter. Then as my skin gets used to the sun, it calms down. That was finally figured out after years of increasing probs. 

So my problem now is, I am getting a burning rash on my scalp, and bumpy blisterlike spots on torso, neck and around my face but not in the middle... I am pretty sure it's from dryer sheets...I don't use store bought detergent or dryer sheets but forgot and used one w my bedding... broke out... rewashed all bedding... it got better....I spent the night at my friends... forgot a pillowcase from home and got a burning rashon my scalp during the night!!! Where my headrestrd against the pillow case!  Now my torso is bumpy again and wherethe sheets and pillowcasetouchedmy skin. I take Zyrtec alreadyfor the sun rashbusiness...

anyone else have this problem? Isthis an auto immune system problem?  I never had this problem until I got used to mild soap and no dryer sheets.... now when I come in contact with that, I get a rash! Have I created the problem by reducing chemical exposure and then reacting when re exposed?
